2. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will be notified via WhatsApp or email if your order cannot be fulfilled. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the sale is only confirmed once we accept and process your order.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
4. Payment
We accept KNET, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed and dispatched. All payment transactions are handled securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Kuwait only. Delivery times and fees are outlined on our Shipping page. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including weather, courier issues, or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refund policy is described in full on our Refunds page. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined there.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, logos, product descriptions, and text — is the property of The Trend By Me and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Trend By Me is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
