Refunds & Returns

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale and discounted items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Customised or personalised items

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +965 96096327 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please have your order number ready and let us know the reason for the return. We will arrange a pickup or advise a drop-off location at our discretion.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp to arrange an exchange before returning your item. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a clear photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.
